Work Schedule
On average 6 hours per workday
Between 8am-6pm, with exact schedules varying by center
Our schedules are designed to provide consistency for our clients while offering our team members predictable hours.

A Day in the Life of a BT/RBT
Session Prep
Review client goals, gather materials, and set up for therapy sessions.
One-on-One Therapy
Implement behavior intervention plans, work on communication, social, and daily living skills.
Data Collection
Track client progress throughout the session.
Team Collaboration
Check in with BCBAs and team members for guidance and support.
Breaks & Reset
Recharge between sessions and prepare for the next client.
End of Day Wrap-Up
Submit session notes, update progress data.
